How to recharge your energy

How to make yourself happy? How to increase your positive thinking? How to get your energy or motivation back? It doesn’t matter which one you need, are looking for, or have right now. The important thing is to get it.

Without energy, without joy, without positivity inside us, we look at the world through a grey, negative filter that can get stronger and stronger day by day. That’s why it’s so important to find your resources.

Resources are inexhaustible

That’s the best thing about them! If you can find them and get everything you need back right away, you’ll get your hands on the greatest helper. Doesn’t that sound great?

That’s why it’s so important to find your resources. They can instantly put you in a better mood, change your perspective on any situation, recharge your energy and boost your motivation. Having resources makes everything easier. So how do you find them?

Try my three steps to find your resources:

  1. It’s important to know what you’re looking for. Energy? Increased motivation? A better view of the world?
  2. Have you ever had such a resource? — The past, even if inaccurate, can help us in our search for resources.
  3. If you haven’t found your answer in the past, reach into the future and imagine it.

It may sound simple, but asking questions is the only way to find answers. You’ll see that you’ll get your answer.

You don’t need anyone to help you

Such an important thing to tell ourselves. The personal development that finding resources belongs to is all about you. So seek out resources that you don’t need anyone to do. I’ll give you some examples so you can visualize what I mean by “resources”.

A quick boost of positive energy

I find that music is a great help. Rhythm, tones, and proper lyrics. You can find it all if you give it space. Notice how quickly your mood changes when you suddenly hear your favorite song on the radio, for example. So you can use music in a targeted way. Going to an unpleasant meeting? Reinforce yourself beforehand with great music and see how you feel immediately better.

Recharge your batteries

Do you have a demanding job, lots of responsibilities, or just not a good time? Do yourself a favor by finding a resource that will fill you up internally so that you can not only relax, but at the end of it, you feel ready to work. For me, it’s to do all the beauty treatments that can only be done at home (and play music to go with it) — nails, hair, skin masks…

Increase your motivation

We’ve all had the experience of falling into the trap of not wanting to do anything. In this case, it’s important to find a resource that makes you want to get going. Personally, I find it most helpful to remind myself why I’m doing it in the first place. My goal.

“Your WHY you’re doing it should be stronger than WHAT you’re doing.”

These were just examples. Find your own resources. Resources of this type are inexhaustible and are completely in your control, in your hands, and work instantly. Just allow yourself to have them and put yourself first so that you can source them whenever you need to.
